Working principle: when the temperature of the object is higher than "absolute zero", that is - 273 ℃, the object will radiate infrared rays. The infrared light intensity of different objects is obtained by using the infrared probe, and the temperature data can be displayed on the LCD through the amplification circuit and analog-to-digital conversion circuit.

The key sensor used is thermopile sensor. The sensitivity of thermopile sensor is 5 ~ 90mV / ℃. It is amplified by precision operational amplifier and then handed over to MCU for detection.
