What is the function of circuit measures in Dongguan circuit board design? Dongguan circuit board design considers the actual performance of the product rather than the electromagnetic compatibility characteristics, electromagnetic disturbance suppression and electromagnetic anti-interference characteristics of the product. In order to achieve its compatibility, the following circuit measures can be adopted in the actual PCB Design:
1. A high frequency decoupling capacitor is set for each integrated circuit. A small high-frequency bypass capacitor shall be added to each electrolytic capacitor.
2. A large capacity tantalum capacitor or polyester capacitor instead of electrolytic capacitor is used as the charge discharge energy storage capacitor on the circuit board. When using tubular capacitors, the shell shall be grounded
3. Reduce signal reflection by means of series terminal resistance.
4. The useless end of MCU shall be connected to power supply or grounding through corresponding matching resistance. Or defined as the output terminal, the power and ground terminals on the integrated circuit shall be connected, and shall not be suspended
5. The unused gate circuit input terminal shall not be suspended, but shall be connected to the power supply or grounding through the corresponding matching resistance. The positive input terminal of the idle operational amplifier is grounded, and the negative input terminal is connected to the output terminal.
6. Try to provide some form of damping for relays, etc. (high frequency capacitors, reverse diodes, etc.).
7. A resistor can be connected in series on the PCB routing line to reduce the speed change rate of the jump on and off the control signal line.
