Design of multifunctional oven control board

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people have higher and higher requirements for food quality. Nowadays, summer is the barbecue season. Whether going out for a picnic barbecue or eating barbecue in a store has become a trend of mass consumption. However, the technical content of the existing oven is very low, the energy consumption is high, and the pollution is very serious. Moreover, the existing field barbecue uses charcoal fire for barbecue. This traditional barbecue method carries a lot of harmful substances on the food, which seriously endangers people's health. However, China is very short of high-tech products in oven burning, and its R & D market prospect is broad. Based on this, this paper proposes a design scheme of multi-functional baking oven. The baking oven adopts solar power generation and temperature difference power generation, which can realize the automatic turnover of baking string and make the heating more uniform, and has oil fume absorption device and oil fume purification device. In addition, there is a temperature regulating device in the barbecue box, which can adjust the barbecue temperature and time according to different foods.

1、 Overall design scheme of multifunctional oven

The multifunctional oven mainly includes solar power generation module, temperature sensor, temperature difference power generation module, oil fume absorption device, oil fume purification device, temperature regulation device, single chip microcomputer control module, automatic turnover device and power supply module. Its design block diagram is shown in Figure 1. The multifunctional barbecue box takes the single chip microcomputer control system as the core, and adopts solar power generation and temperature difference power generation to provide electricity. The multifunctional barbecue box can also realize the automatic turnover of the barbecue string to make the heating more uniform; At the same time, there are oil fume absorption device and oil fume purification device, which also includes a temperature regulating device, which can adjust the temperature and time of barbecue according to different foods.

The design product adopts solar power generation and temperature difference power generation, uses new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, and is in line with the development theme of the times. Moreover, it can intelligently control the change of temperature, which makes people operate more conveniently and quickly.

2、 Application measures of multifunctional oven

Put the oven under the sun, use solar power to provide power source for the oven, turn on the switch, when the oven works, the temperature in the oven wall rises, and the thermoelectric generator generates part of the power through the temperature difference inside and outside the oven and stores it in the battery. At the same time, start the oil fume absorption device to send the oil fume to the oil fume purification device to treat this part of polluted gas. After double purification, the non polluted gas is discharged into the air through the pipeline. When the switch is turned on, the automatic turnover device is started to make the food heated more evenly and the barbecue effect better. When the temperature sensor senses that the temperature is too high, start the temperature regulating device to automatically control the temperature in the oven to prevent food from being scorched or dangerous.

3、 Innovation in development and design of barbecue box

(1) Solar power generation and thermoelectric power generation module: the multi-functional barbecue box adopts the joint action of solar power generation and thermoelectric power generation, and stores the electric energy in the battery to meet the power demand of the equipment. The solar panel is placed on the top of the oven, and the oven is exposed to the sun during the day. The solar panel converts the solar energy into electric energy through photoelectric reaction, so as to realize the power generation of the solar panel. The temperature difference power generation sheet is embedded in the inner wall of the oven, the heating surface of the power generation sheet is attached to the high-temperature inner wall, and the other side of the power generation sheet is in the atmospheric environment at room temperature. Through the large temperature difference between the two sides, the purpose of temperature difference power generation is achieved.

(2) Oil fume absorption and purification: the oil fume absorption device of the multi-functional burning oven is located directly above the burning oven, which can absorb the oil fume to the first layer of purification device, and remove some larger particles through the mechanical collision between oil mist droplets and oil mist particles. When the gas treated by the first layer purification device is input into the high-voltage electrostatic field, this part of the gas is ionized through the action of the electrostatic field, so that most of the gas can be degraded and carbonized; A small number of small oil particles are collected together and discharged from the pipeline under the combined action of electric field force and its own gravity. The gas treated by the first layer of oil fume purification device is inevitably polluted. The second layer of oil fume purifier uses the principle of activated carbon adsorption to remove most pollutants in the remaining gas.

(3) Temperature regulating device: the temperature regulating device uses the temperature sensor to automatically detect the internal temperature, and then transmits the signal to the single chip microcomputer. The single chip microcomputer processes the input signal, controls the fan placed in the oven according to the change of temperature, and intelligently adjusts its rotation speed to control the temperature within a certain range.

The barbecue box also adopts double purification measures, which can efficiently collect oil fume and filter smoke, so as to avoid directly discharging into the atmosphere and polluting the environment. Because the inner wall temperature of the oven is very high, in order to make effective use of this feature, a thermoelectric plate is installed to meet its own power demand combined with solar power generation.
