Motor: the power composition of the barber. The faster the speed, the more sufficient the power. Rotating shaft: the transmission part of the barber, which connects the motor and the cutter head. In the high-speed operation of the motor, the fine shaft of the rotating shaft and the cutter head groove cooperate with each other to make the cutter head and cutter teeth move reciprocating. The rotating shaft is made of plastic, iron and copper. Because it operates at high speed and belongs to wear parts, the rotating shaft of general metal is better than that of plastic and that of copper is better than that of iron.
Power supply / power: Electric barbers are generally divided into battery type and plug-in type. The battery type barber does not need to be plugged in, but only needs the battery to be fully charged. Generally, the common electric barbers in the market include built-in lithium battery, built-in nickel hydrogen battery, built-in nickel cadmium battery and external battery. 2、 Scheme design of residual hair absorbing Barber
The traditional barber is only for the purpose of hair cutting, so there is a lot of space to tap the potential. Considering the efficiency of absorbing residual hair, we design the suction port above the knife edge, so that we can inhale the cut residual hair immediately. In this way, it can ensure that the long residual hair cut off is sucked smoothly. However, in the actual hair cutting, in addition to cutting the long residual hair for the first time, the barber is also required to trim the place cut for the first time back and forth to achieve the expected effect. Therefore, the barber also needs to have the ability to suck short residual hair, and the suction efficiency of short residual hair in practical operation is very low. In order to improve the overall efficiency, we also added an auxiliary air outlet to "blow" short residual hair into the suction port. Because the wind from the hair dryer is scattered everywhere, the excessive wind will make the residual hair escape from the barber. Therefore, the wind force at the blowing port should be well coordinated with that at the suction port. In order to reduce the complexity of the device, the power source of the blowing port and the suction port is the same motor, and the blowing port is connected with the motor blade cover with a small pipe to produce "blowing".
We also need to add a space for residual hair collection to the barber in order to store the inhaled residual hair. The amount of residual hair produced by adult hair cutting is very large, so the residual hair collection space has the ability to collect adult residual hair at least once, but the barber as a whole is not easy to be too large, otherwise it is a great inconvenience to the barber. Therefore, it is necessary to move the residual hair collection space out of the barber. We connect one end of the ~ conveying pipe with the suction port of the barber and the other end with the residual hair collection box at the waist of the barber. In this way, the residual hair collection box can not only load the residual hair of at least one adult, but also clean the residual hair collection box is very convenient, and the whole hair cutting efficiency has been improved.
Design of air suction device: the design of air suction outlet should not only consider the ability of absorbing residual hair, but also ensure that it is not blocked by residual hair, so as to send the residual hair into the residual hair collection box. The fan blade pushes the air towards the conveying pipe, resulting in a pressure difference at the suction outlet. After the air pressure makes the residual hair close to the fan blade, it is then sucked into the suction outlet, and the residual hair is pushed by the fan blade to the conveying pipe.
Optimization of conveying pipe: residual hair is easy to accumulate and block in the conveying pipe, so it is necessary to add the "shaking" function on the conveying pipe to "shake" the residual hair into the residual hair collection box. A vibrating motor is added to the conveying pipe to keep linkage with the conveying pipe. The vibrating motor vibrates the conveying pipe. Due to the access mode of the conveying pipe from top to bottom, the residual hair in the pipe can be shaken off to the residual hair collection box.
As long as the problem of absorbing residual hair is solved, customers don't have to wash their hair again after cutting their hair, and the time between customers and barbers can be greatly shortened.
