Coffee machine control case

The coffee machine is the automatic control of the whole process of brewing coffee, such as grinding, pressing, loading, brewing and removing residues.

1. On / off: after power on, press the key to start making coffee, the on indicator and the on word on the LCD are on, and after the coffee is cooked (temperature detection), the buzzer sends a bi.. Bi.. Bi.. Bibi. Prompt that the coffee is cooked; Press the key to stop heating during coffee making; Press this key to turn on / off the heating at any time and exit all modes, and the current time is displayed on the LCD.

2. Program reservation: the machine is not allowed when making coffee; Press the key once, the LCD displays the reserved coffee making time and program m status, and the time display flashes at the frequency of 0.5Hz, which can be adjusted by pressing min.

3. Auto Auto: press this key, the auto indicator flashes and lcdon indicates, prompting the machine to enter the reserved startup state; When the current time reaches the reservation time, the machine starts up, and the buzzer sends a Bibi prompt to start making coffee when the reservation time is up. At this time, the auto indicator is off.

Function introduction:

1. Realize coffee machine initialization

Turn on the power switch of the coffee machine, and the controller controls the whole coffee machine system to complete one initialization, so as to make necessary preparations for making coffee or steam;

2. Making coffee

After the initialization of the coffee machine is completed, the controller controls the heater to work, the water temperature rises, and the coffee indicator flashes. When the temperature sensor detects that the water temperature reaches about 90 ℃, the coffee machine turns to the heat preservation state, the coffee indicator turns to the normally on state, and the coffee making is ready;

3. Making steam

In the default coffee state, press the steam button, the controller controls the heater to heat, the water temperature continues to rise until steam occurs, and the temperature is maintained. During this period, the steam indicator changes from flashing to constant on;

4. Protection function

NTC open circuit alarm: when NTC is open circuit, turn off the heating, and the buzzer will sound "Bi.. Bi.. Bi. Until the power supply is turned off; on / off and reserved startup are prohibited during open circuit alarm;
