2、 Application environment
The anti-collision safety system of tower crane is applied to construction tower crane with flat boom and boom. The control equipment is an embedded system with small volume and high reliability, and no additional computer is required. The bottom monitoring system can real-time monitor the operation and alarm of all tower cranes in the tower crane group on the construction site. Remote monitoring centers such as safety supervision station can monitor the operation status and alarm status of tower cranes on all construction sites through web server.
Each construction site can support 20 tower cranes. USB flash disk software design, remote problem diagnosis and local problem diagnosis can greatly improve the maintainability of the product. With watchdog function, it can automatically reset and restart under normal conditions, and quickly connect to the site network. Support data transmission radio and ZigBee as site network. This system can also be used for lifting vehicles.
Anti collision between tower cranes
If the operation areas of two tower cranes overlap and cross, their parts will interfere with each other (including tower arm, tower body, steel wire rope, mast, etc.), and if they are not coordinated properly, they may collide with each other, resulting in serious consequences.
On the basis of ensuring safety, two tower cranes can run on their respective tracks at an ideal speed and mode, so that multiple tower cranes can be arranged on the construction site without spending too much energy on how to deal with their interference.
It supports two-level anti-collision network and anti-collision of up to 128 tower cranes, which is much higher than that of competitors.
It supports manual setting of the relationship between tower cranes to adapt to the actual application environment.
Tower crane area protection
If the tower crane's tower arm, hook and steel wire rope collide with obstacles, or the transported goods fall into sensitive areas (such as schools, squares, railways, high-voltage lines...), serious consequences will be caused. Hta-sps16 can prevent the hook or tower arm from approaching the sensitive area, so as to avoid the above accidents.

Operation boundary protection
Generally, the working scope of the tower crane is limited within the boundary of the construction site. If the tower crane hook runs outside the boundary, it will often bring fear to the personnel outside the site and cause adverse social impact. If the goods fall outside the construction site, it may cause serious consequences. The operation range of tower crane can be limited to avoid the above risks.
Illegal operation identification and control
The operation state of the tower crane shall be detected at any time and the risk shall be estimated. When approaching the danger, the prompt signal shall be given to the operator. If the operator still operates in the dangerous direction, the control signal can be sent to prohibit the tower crane from continuing to approach the dangerous area, so as to avoid accidents caused by operation errors.
Fault diagnosis and prompt
It can automatically detect the operation status of each component of the system. If there is a fault, it can send a prompt to the operator and the monitoring center, so as to help relevant personnel eliminate the fault as soon as possible.

Equipped with special wireless communication module, its stability and reliability have reached the level, which can ensure that multiple tower cranes will not interfere with each other when they communicate with each other under the condition of working at the same time.
