Function and procedure description of air purifier:

1、 Functional requirements and load specifications;

1. Negative ion generator -- DC12V, power lower than 3W

2. Odor generator - DC12V, power lower than 5W. High, medium and low intensity adjustment can be carried out. The realization of intensity adjustment can change the signal duty cycle with the same circuit, or three control circuits can be adopted

3. Odor diffusion motor -- ac50v, with power lower than 30W. As long as the odor power acts, the motor works, the function stops, and the motor stops without adjusting the speed.

4. Air blowing motor -- AC12V, power is about 10W, and its operation depends on the above functions.

2、 Description of control panel and action program:

After contacting the power supply, the red indicator on the control panel will always be on, and the internal function buzzer will sound "tick", which is in standby mode at this time.

1. Timer --- the working time setting key is divided into five time periods of "continuous 1, 2, 4 and 8", and there are corresponding LED indicators in each period (all 5 LEDs are green). The five time periods are described as follows:

1) Continuous - all functions of the whole machine operate for 20 minutes, stop for 10 minutes, and the corresponding indicator light is on.

2) 1 --- the working time is set to 1 hour, the corresponding light is on, and the whole machine stops after 1 hour of operation and is in standby mode

3) 2 --- the working time is set for 2 hours. When the set time is left for 1 hour, the "2" indicator is off and the "1" indicator is on

4) 4 --- the workshop is set to 4 hours, as described above. When there are 2 hours left, the corresponding LED is switched from "4" to "2".

5) 8 --- the working time is set to 4 hours, as described above. When there are 2 hours left, the corresponding LED is switched from "2" to "1" on, and the working time is set to 8 hours.

Press the timr key in the standby mode, and all functions of the whole machine will act together. The corresponding green indicator light will be on when the time is set to "continuous", and the corresponding yellow indicator light will be on when the intensity is set to "high"

When the set time expires, all functions stop and are in standby mode

2. Air --- the ozone anion concentration adjustment key is divided into three levels: H, m and L. when the key is pressed in standby mode, the high level is h, and timr is "continuous". It is required that when 12V power supply is available, the high level is 12V, M is 10V and l is 7V

3. Off key --- press this key to stop all power in standby mode,

Note: the buzzer will sound every time the above three keys are pressed.
