1、 Product introduction

The CNC regulated power supply module integrates analog adjustment and digital control functions. It is small and exquisite. The output voltage is adjustable from 0 to 20.0V, the step is 0.1V, and the maximum continuous 2A current output capacity. The module has a power down preset voltage storage function, and two groups of fast storage voltages are reserved. Compared with the traditional step-down module, it is more convenient and fast to call out the required voltage. It is equipped with nixie tube display and digital voltmeter function. It is convenient to view the preset voltage, input voltage and output voltage with keys. It contains a variety of more practical functions, which is more humanized and visual.

三、使用说明

1 显示说明:

1.1三种显示模式,前三位为电压值,第四位为状态位,当第四位闪动时表示电压输出已关闭,当第四位不闪动时表示电压输出已打开:

2 按键功能说明:

SET:预设电压设置,模块掉电预设电压存储;

M1/↑:显示模式向上切换,预设电压数值增加,快捷存储1数据调出或存入;

M2/↓:显示模式向下切换,预设电压数值减小,快捷存储2数据调出或存入;

ON/OFF: 打开或关闭电压输出。

3 操作说明:

该数控稳压电源模块可分为正常使用和快捷存储使用两种情况,在这两种情况下,按下ON/OFF键都可随时关闭或打开电压输出,同时数码管第四位闪动或不闪动分别对应关闭或打开:

3.1 正常使用

(1)调节输出电压:按下SET键,数码管会自动切换到预设电压显示模式a,并且数码管第一位开始闪动,短按M1/↑键或M2/↓键加减数值,加减时请确保预设电压低于输入电压3V(压差不足按键将不能继续增加预设电压)。依次短按SET键,会切换到第二位和第三位数值调整,同样短按M1/↑键或M2/↓键加减数值,调整完第三位后,再次短按SET,会退出电压调节。在调整预设电压过程中,如果ON/OFF键已打开电压输出,加减数值会立即更新输出电压;若ON/OFF键已关闭电压输出,则加减数值不会有电压输出。

(2)切换显示:当模块不处于调整预设电压状态时时,短按M1/↑键会上翻显示模式,模式c、模式b、模式a依次循环;短按M2/↓键会下翻显示模式,模式a、模式b、模式c依次循环。

(3)掉电前存储模块预设电压:若要使模块下次上电时使用当前预设电压,需要在模块断电前保存此预设电压。按住SET键不放,直到出现Customized processing of frontal temperature gun, body temperature gun and PCBA 时,表示预设电压已存储,此时松开SET键即可。

3.2 快捷存储使用

(1)调出快捷存储电压数值:

按住M1/↑键或M2/↓键不放,直到出现Customized processing of frontal temperature gun, body temperature gun and PCBA Customized processing of frontal temperature gun, body temperature gun and PCBA 时,松开按键,表示快捷存储电压已调出,然后短按ON/OFF键,即可使此快捷存储电压生效。若在调出快捷存储电压前,已经打开电压输出,则在短按ON/OFF键以后,会更新输出电压为快捷存储电压;若在调出快捷存储电压前,已经关闭电压输出,则在短按ON/OFF键以后,不会有电压输出,需再次短按ON/OFF键,才会输出快捷存储电压。

(2)存入快捷存储电压数值:

四、注意事项

1、在模块不使用或调节预设电压时,建议关闭电压输出,以防误操作高电压输出烧坏负载用电器。

2、务必保证设定电压低于模块输入电压3V以上,否则模块有鸣叫。

3、模块输入电压在23V以下,23V为极限最高电压,请一定留余地使用,否则将损坏模块。

4、请不要让手碰到按键引脚,否则将会影响按键正常使用。

5、若模块工作时,输入电压突降,造成输入电压不高于预设电压3V,则模块将自动关闭电压输出,保护模块。

6、模块在室外强烈阳光下使用时,数码管亮度会有很大影响,不建议室外强烈阳光下使用。

7、模块满负荷使用时,请注意保持模块的通风散热。

8、模块无恒流控单元,输出请不要短路及给电池充电以免损坏。
